Welcome to EzzePro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EzzePro mobile application and website (the "Platform"). By accessing or using EzzePro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
EzzePro is a digital marketplace designed to connect independent service professionals (e.g., handymen, caretakers, plumbers) with users seeking services in Saint Lucia.
Intermediary Role: EzzePro acts solely as a platform provider. We do not provide physical repair or caretaking services ourselves. The contract for service is strictly between the User and the Service Professional.
Independent Status: Service Professionals are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or agents of EzzePro.
Age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use this Platform.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your profile updated.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use: Users must comply with the Electronic Transactions Act of Saint Lucia. You may not use the platform for fraudulent activities, harassment, or any illegal purposes.
Professional Standards: Service Professionals represent and warrant that they possess the necessary skills, tools, and local licenses required to perform the services they list on the Platform.
Service Fees: EzzePro may charge a service fee for facilitating the connection and secure payment. Any such fees will be disclosed before you confirm a booking.
Billing: By booking a service, you agree to pay the professional the agreed-upon rate.
Taxes: Users and Professionals are responsible for their own tax obligations as required by the Inland Revenue Department of Saint Lucia.
Consumer Rights: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Saint Lucia, users are entitled to services provided with reasonable care and skill.
Cancellations: Bookings cancelled outside of the permitted window may be subject to a cancellation fee to compensate the professional for their time.
Disputes: While EzzePro may offer mediation for disputes regarding service quality, the ultimate legal responsibility for the work performed lies with the Service Professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Saint Lucia:
EzzePro is not liable for any physical injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from the conduct of Users or Professionals.
We do not guarantee the completion, timing, or quality of any service booked through the Platform.
In compliance with the Data Protection Act of Saint Lucia, we are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and process your data only to facilitate the services of the Platform and will not share your private details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
All logos, app designs, and software associated with EzzePro are our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to EzzePro at our sole discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for conduct that we deem harmful to the community.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia.
