At EzzePro, we value the time and commitment of both our customers and our service professionals. This policy ensures fairness and reliability within our marketplace.
We understand that plans change. However, late cancellations prevent our professionals from booking other jobs.
Free Cancellation: You may cancel any booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount, e.g., $25 XCD or 20% of the service fee] will be charged to your saved payment method.
No-Show Policy: If the professional arrives at the location and cannot gain access or reach you within 20 minutes of the start time, the job will be marked as a "No-Show," and you will be charged the full service fee (up to a maximum of [Insert Cap]).
Reliability is the backbone of EzzePro. Frequent cancellations by professionals may lead to account suspension.
Standard Cancellation: Pros are expected to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they cannot fulfill a booking.
Emergency Cancellations: We recognize that emergencies happen. Pros must contact EzzePro Support immediately to provide documentation if a last-minute cancellation occurs.
Penalties: Excessive or unexcused cancellations by a Pro will result in a lower "Reliability Rating" and may lead to temporary or permanent removal from the platform.
Mutual Agreement: If both the Customer and the Pro agree to a new time via the EzzePro chat, no cancellation fees will apply.
System Update: Rescheduling must be officially updated within the app to ensure your booking remains protected by our Terms and Conditions.
Force Majeure: In the event of extreme weather (e.g., tropical storm warnings in Saint Lucia) or unsafe working conditions, either party may cancel without penalty. EzzePro reserves the right to determine when this clause applies.
If a cancellation fee is charged incorrectly due to a technical error or a Pro no-show, please contact us within 48 hours.
Validated refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
